Grasch Law has helped many clients satisfactorily resolve their legal disputes.  Whether the case goes to trial or settles beforehand, we have the experience to help you through the legal process.  For example, in 2009 alone, Grasch Law had numerous six-figure settlements where the facts justifed alternative dispute resolution.  However, settlement is not always justified and trials may be necessary.

Recently, Grasch Law tried a case while representing a young man severely injured in an automobile rollover accident.  After the insurance company offered a low settlement figure, claiming there was no liability to justify a reasonable settlement, trial became necessary.  A Franklin County, Kentucky jury unanimously returned a verdict against the insurance company and awarded the injured party $3.8 million.

Although we cannot guarantee such a high award for each case, we do promise that each case will be given the time and dedication that is necessary to justly resolve each matter.
