Brian focuses his legal practice in civil litigation and business associations. His business law practice includes corporate transactions, including formations, acquisitions, mergers and sales. He also represents clients in their business related litigation disputes. Additionally, Brian’s litigation practice extends beyond business law to include personal injury, professional malpractice and product liability. He has extensive courtroom experience in contract and employment issues, discrimination claims, real property issues and personal injury actions. Brian represents individuals – both plaintiffs and defendants – as well as local and national companies.

Prior to joining Grasch & Gudalis, Brian was associated with one of Kentucky’s largest civil defense firms. While there, Brian was lead counsel in multiple corporate acquisitions and routinely represented Kentucky companies in business formations, contracts and legal operations. He also represented individuals and local, national and international companies in litigation matters ranging from contract disputes and anti-trust violations to auto accidents and mass tort litigation.

Brian is a graduate of Asbury College (B.S., 1995) and Regent University College of Law (J.D., 2002). While at Regent, Brian represented the University in national moot court and negotiation competitions. He was also Regent’s Trial Advocacy Competition Champion and received the Trial Advocacy Award from the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, a distinction only awarded to five law students chosen from Virginia’s six law schools.
